Benalmádena will celebrate in the Castle El Bil Bil, the next days 1 and 2, the days Cinema, a way of life, whose contents, according to the mayor of Culture, Pablo Centella, “they will focus on the suitability of our city as a great film set, in which the production companies can find very diverse locations: mountains, a typical Mediterranean town, a consolidated urban center or a great coast with a dream port ”.
Centella has highlighted that the intention of the Culture Delegation is that “this autumn and winter season the cinema would have a special role in Benalmádena: this has been the case during the last edition of the Ficcaband its various parallel events, during the recent 30th anniversary of the Más Madera cinema-club, and we continue working on this idea with the celebration of the seminar ‘Cinema, a way of life’ ”.
In Río’s words, one of the objectives of this seminar is “to create a synergy between film professionals, amateurs and students to form a work team that ends up consolidating an audiovisual industry in our own province.”
“With these conferences we want to bring the public closer to the trade of cinema, explaining all the work generated by the audiovisual industry and the trades it forges,” said Coko Correa.
