Succeed this New Year’s Eve with these quick and easy canapes

Our Chef Carla García teaches us how to make a variety of canapes to be successful at our table on the last day of the year, with lactose-free and vegan options. They are so delicious that they will surely disappear from the tray in a jiffy

Canapes are the perfect appetizers for any type of party. Small, showy; where various ingredients are used mounted on a puff pastry support, bread, shortcrust doughs to even light whipped doughs.

They are often served at parties, cocktails, and celebrations, often with guests standing and before the main meal.

These can be eaten standing up and in one bite, they are beautiful to look at and easy to prepare, I thought when preparing these recipes for varied canapés: they should all be simple, some without cooking, they can be ready in advance and they are very very attractive.

I’m going to teach you how to make THREE PASTA, one VEGAN, another with FISH and one without LACTOSE to make your canapes on this New Year’s Eve, and so your table this 2022 will be full of flavor and color.

►INGREDIENTS 

SALMON CREAM 

● 300g fresh salmon (clean, trim and cut into cubes) 

● 1 unit onion 

● 1pc red pepper 

● 1/2 carrot

● 1 appointment Dill 

● 50gr cream cheese 

● c / n olive oil 

● c / n salt

● c / n pepper

 ● 1 unit lime juice

LENTIL PATE 

● 300 gr lentils 

● 1 pc red onion 

● 1 red pepper 

● 50 grams black or brown rice (cooked) 

● 1 tsp cumin 

● c / n olive oil 

● c / n salt

● c / n pepper

● mint (optional)

GOAT CHEESE AND AVOCADO CREAM (lactose free

● 1 egg

● 1 unit guacamole 

● 100 gr lactose-free goat cheese 

● 50 grams of lactose-free béchamel 

● 50 gr cream cheese 

● c / n olive oil

● c / n salt 

● c / n pepper 

● 1pc lemon 


►COMPANY BECHAMEL without lactose

● 100 g lactose-free milk + Roux (40g flour + 20g butter))
