The City Council doubles the dining space of the Jacaranda school in Benalmádena Pueblo

The Councilor for Education, Pablo Centella; and the Councilor for Operational Services, Salvador Rodríguez, have visited this morning the Jacaranda school in Benalmádena Pueblo to check the development of the improvement work carried out in this educational center by the Operational Services, at the request of the Education Delegation.

The expansion works, which have been in progress for two months, are practically completed, with only a few details missing and will mean a great improvement for the users of the service of this school cafeteria, which until now had very limited space and little illuminated.

The mayor of IU has valued the collaboration of both councils to undertake these works “very necessary and demandedby the users of this school, who until now had to serve food to their students in a very small space and with hardly any lighting, facilitating this performance double the dining room space ”.

For his part, Rodríguez indicated that from Operational Services “we have been working for two months in the expansion of the dining room, pulling partitions and taking advantage of it to fix the floor and carry out painting and electrical work”.

He also pointed out that “we are always at the disposal of the Department of Education to meet the demands of the educational community and have the centers always in optimal condition.”
