Regarding this project, the CEO has reported that the aim is to “increase the space available for municipal schools linked to nautical sports” and the club spaces will be remodeled, a final investment in this fourth block worth of 1,200,000 euros “to make the commitments of the Government team a reality before reaching the City Council.”

The fifth and last of the blocks to achieve the extension involves the installation of photovoltaic energy generation equipment and the location of several charging points for electric vehicles, all for an amount that will amount to up to 250,000 euros. “The projects that make up each of the five blocks will be completed in the spring of 2024 and the works will begin after the summer of that year, having to be completed before the summer of 2027,” Bergillos stressed. “The Benalmádena Marina intends to finance all these actions with its own resources, not being necessary to resort to bank debt or the City Council,” added the popular councilor.
