The largest festival of oral storytelling, aimed at children and adults, adolescents, fans of storytelling and the curious in general returns this Saturday May 20 to Benalmádena. The love of reading will once again flood the heart of the municipality, which, like every year, has turned to the celebration of its Story Marathon.
As usual, the marathon will be preceded by a colorful parade through the center of Arroyo de la Miel, at 12:00 a.m. a children’s play will take place at the Casa de la Cultura, which this year will be dedicated to the intrepid character Valentina, and then the marathon itself will begin.
Tickets for the theater will be free until capacity is filled, and may be withdrawn at the Casa de la Cultura on the 18th and 19th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., in addition to 10% reservation of seats for people with disabilities.
On the other hand, there are still places for the face-to-face workshop My best story, which will be held tomorrow, May 17 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Casa de la Cultura, and will be aimed at improving the technique as a storyteller.
