The City Council continues with the execution of the improvement plan in the municipality, consisting of different remodeling and conditioning works in streets and neighborhoods of Benalmádena.
The last action has been carried out in Debla street, in response to a demand from the residents of the area, where therepair of approximately 60 linear meters of the pavement has been carried out.
According to municipal sources, the sidewalks on this street were made of concrete and were quite deteriorated, with holes and cracks, “which caused a difficult and sometimes dangerous pedestrian traffic, especially for those with reduced mobility”, which is why which it has been replaced by red stamped concrete.
The improvement work has been carried out by an official and two municipal workers, who have had the support of the workers of the social insertion employment plan launched a few days ago by the City Council.
“From the Delegation of Operational Services we have set ourselves the objective of meeting all neighborhood demands with the highest priority”, highlighted the area councilor, Salvador Rodríguez, who inspected the work carried out on Debla Street on Friday.
