Vikingo rose to the top of the podium as the absolute winner in the general classification of the 24 nautical hours of Benalmádena, an event that could be enjoyed this weekend.
The event began on Saturday when good wind reigned, allowing a high-level coastal route to be covered with sailboats of different lengths, crews and levels and where some of the participants managed to complete up to six laps of the planned route. A good regatta was also held on Sunday, with some participants completing four laps and concluding with the awards ceremony on Malapesquera beach.
The event was divided into four classes of boats, with Vikingo being the absolute winner in ORC1, followed by Filu and Silke; In ORC2, the victory went to Mito, second place to Marathon Dos and third to Alborany. Already in ORC3, the victory fell to Maren, followed by Underwood; and in the last class, corresponding to promotion, Maravan Tres achieved first place, followed by Travieso and Abalon.
